Montrose Community Meltdown is a 8 week weight loss challenge designed for the community in mind! This is a free community meltdown event in Houston, Texas. Everyone is welcome to attend. We will kick off the Montrose Community Meltdown event on July 6th 2009. We will have a panel discussion during the course of 8 weeks every Monday at 7:00pm. Please join our community meltdown event in the heart of Montrose, at the Montrose Counseling Center.
